The Cincinnati Society of Association Executives annual awards programs recognize individuals in the Greater Cincinnati area who have distinguished themselves through their service to the community, their organizations or the associations that they serve. Candidates for the awards are nominated by members of CSAE and are selected by vote of the membership or the Board of Trustees. The Statesman, Community Service and Fellow awards are presented during the Annual Meeting each fall.
Statesman Award The Statesman award is presented to a non-member. It recognizes the talent, achievements and notable contributions to the community of a person, firm, or organization for distinguished deeds and accomplishments and for promoting the overall objectives of the Association. The award recipient is selected by the Board of Trustees from among the nominations submitted by CSAE members.
Community Service Award The Community Service Award was first presented in 2001. It is designed to provide much-deserved recognition to Greater Cincinnatians who work behind the scenes but whose dedicated efforts to assist the community and its various organizations and institutions go largely un-noticed. Candidates are nominated by the members of CSAE. The annual recipient is selected by the Board of Trustees.
Fellow Award The Fellow Award is presented to a member (regular or associate) of CSAE in recognition of unusual and outstanding dedication. It recognizes a member who has contributed generously of time and effort to CSAE and/or the association he or she represents. The current president of CSAE is not eligible to receive the award. Candidates for the award are nominated by the members of CSAE and the recipient is selected by vote of the membership.
President's Award The President’s Award may be presented by the CSAE President to a member of CSAE in recognition of an extraordinary contribution to the organization during the year.
